Hey everyone

We just had our second event on Osborne. This month we had a total of 13 teams, with 3 new teams fishing this month. Thanks to everyone that came out and fished. The weather could have been better and I thank everyone hanging around after the weigh in for the tackle pack giveaway(worth over $70) even though it was raining. The team of Scott Osinga and Al Cline finished in first with 16.45lbs. Second went to the new team of Ron Worthington and Art Carnahan with 14.93lbs. Third went to Jim Stovall and Alan Richbell with 13.50lbs. Big Bass was won by the team of JP McKay and Bruce Greer with a 5.94lber.
Mike and I didn't do so well this month. We spent way to much time trying to catch a couple of big females off beds. However sight fishing is a technique that you can either be a hero or a zero, today we were zero's. I can tell you that if we just got two of the three that we worked on to bite, the leader board would have looked different. That is just fishing. Of the three fish that we weighed in, two were caught on Big Bite Baits new five inch jerk minnow and the other was caught on a Big Bite Baits bush pig. The fishing was tough and my hats off to you guys that caught them, great job!!!
The tackle pack sponsored by Sebile Lures, Strictly Bass Lures, and Big Bite Baits was won by Doug Duff.

And even though  our finish doesn't show it our new power pole was instrumental in our fishing
